Heat transfer oil pump does not work

Let's analyze the reason why the high temperature heat transfer oil pump does not work circularly

1. When using new heat transfer oil or restarting after long-term shutdown, open the emptying pipe of the expansion tank first, and ignite the oil pump before gradually heating up. In order to remove water and low boiling point components in the system, heat up to about 100 ~ 130 ℃, remove water from the oil, then heat up to about 200 ~ 220 ℃, remove low boiling point components, and finally rise to the temperature to be used.

2. Before the new high-temperature heat transfer oil pump is put into use, 200 mesh stainless steel mesh shall be used to filter sundries, and a filter shall be installed in the system for filtering if necessary. The filter shall be cleaned frequently to avoid blockage.

3. The heating shall be stopped first when the boiler is shut down, the hot oil pump shall continue to circulate, and the pump shall not be shut down until the temperature drops to about 100 ℃.

4. The hot oil boiler, thermal equipment, heat transfer oil pump, pipe guide, valve, instrument and gasket must be designed, selected and installed correctly according to the requirements of technical regulations. The oil storage tank shall be provided with two high-level and low-level tanks (the high-level tank is also an expansion tank, and the tank top must be equipped with an emptying pipe. The temperature of the expansion tank shall be lower than 70 ℃ to avoid accelerated oxidation of organic heat carriers due to high temperature). The above equipment and components form a circulating system. There shall be no dead corner of non circulating oil flow in the system, and there shall be no oil leakage.

5. Water, acid, alkali and other impurities are strictly prohibited from mixing in this series of heat transfer oil pumps. After long-term use of high-temperature heat transfer oil pump, if it is found that the heat transfer effect is poor or special abnormalities occur, it shall be sampled and tested immediately. According to the test results, it is decided to add or replace it. It is strictly prohibited to use it at ultra-high temperature to cause damage and deterioration of heat transfer oil. Therefore, we should try to avoid the above five points in our daily use.
