YCB circular arc gear pump is mainly composed of gear, shaft, pump body, safety valve and shaft end seal. After heat treatment, the gear has high hardness and strength. It is installed in a replaceable shaft sleeve together with the shaft. The lubrication of all parts in the pump is automatically achieved by using the output medium when the pump is working.
YCB circular arc gear pump is equipped with safety valve as overload protection. The total return pressure of the safety valve is 1.5 times of the rated discharge pressure of the pump, which can also be adjusted according to actual needs within the allowable discharge pressure range. However, it should be noted that the safety valve can not be used for the long-term operation of the pressure reducing valve, and can be installed on the pipeline if necessary.
YCB circular arc gear pump is suitable for conveying solid particles and fibers without corrosivity. The temperature is not higher than 80 ℃ and the viscosity is 5 × 10-6～1.5 × 10-3m2 / S (5-1500cst) lubricating oil or other liquids with similar properties.
Application scope of YCB circular arc gear pump:
It can be used as transmission and booster pump in oil transportation system;
It can be used as a fuel pump for delivery, pressurization and injection in the fuel system;
In the hydraulic transmission system, it can be used as a hydraulic pump to provide hydraulic power;
In all industrial fields, it can be used as lubricating oil pump;
The service life of YCB circular arc gear pump is 2-3 times longer than that of ordinary gear pump. The main difference is that the gear pump of circular arc gear pump is circular arc type. During the operation of the pump, the meshing of gear and tooth root is in the smooth transition of two circular arcs without any dead point or jamming; Therefore, the service life is very long. The tooth type of ordinary gear pump is involute helical gear. During the normal operation of the pump, when the gear and tooth root rotate, the water chestnut at the top of the gear will collide and wear with the matched gear tooth root, and the liquid will be trapped at the tooth root of the gear. As a result, the involute gear pump has the phenomenon of high noise during rotation, and the service life of the gear pump will be affected.
