● purpose

It can be used as transmission and booster pump in oil transportation system; It can be used as a fuel pump for delivery, pressurization and injection in the fuel system; It can be used as lubricating oil pump in all industrial fields.

● scope of application

This series of gear pump is mainly composed of gear, shaft, pump body, safety valve and shaft end seal. After heat treatment, the gear has high hardness and strength. It is installed in a replaceable shaft sleeve together with the shaft. The lubrication of all parts in the pump is automatically achieved by using the output medium when the pump is working. There are reasonably designed oil drain and return grooves in the pump, which minimizes the torque force borne by the gear during operation, so the bearing load is small, the wear is small, and the pump efficiency is high. The pump is equipped with a safety valve as overload protection. The total return pressure of the safety valve is 1.5 times of the rated discharge pressure of the pump, which can also be adjusted according to the actual needs within the allowable discharge pressure range. However, it should be noted that the safety valve can not be used for the long-term operation of the pressure reducing valve, and can be installed on the pipeline if necessary.
