High temperature asphalt pump


 

High temperature asphalt pump is mainly composed of inner and outer rotors, shafts, pump bodies, front covers, seals, bearings, etc. There are two types of seals: mechanical seal and packing seal (magnetic drive and zero leakage structure can be selected for special requirements). Packing seal is selected for media with high temperature, high viscosity and strong corrosivity.




When conveying easily crystallized materials, a thermal insulation jacket can be designed on the front cover and pump body, which can be heated and melted by steam during operation. The pump can be equipped with a safety valve. When the pump or pipeline system is overpressured, the safety valve opens to form internal backflow to ensure the safety of the system.




The high temperature asphalt pump device is composed of pump, motor and base. There are two transmission modes: bridge type and direct connection type.




Viewed from the motor end to the pump, it rotates clockwise.




High temperature asphalt pumps are designed with thermal insulation jackets. The asphalt thermal insulation pump is suitable for the transportation of solidified or crystalline liquids at room temperature. The pump can also be heated and maintained at a certain temperature, easy to flow and lubricating liquids such as asphalt, paraffin, rosin, etc. The medium temperature of the pump does not exceed 300 degrees and the viscosity can reach 5-1500 CST. When the pump is used in the above environment, the pump and motor can be connected by three jaw coupling. However, when the viscosity of the pump exceeds 1500 CST, the connection mode must be changed and the transmission link of the reducer must be adopted. Only in this way can the pump give full play to its performance and improve its efficiency. When the pump starts working, it is preheated first, which reduces the starting power of the pump. Do not start the pump without preheating. The diameter of the distribution pipeline must be larger than the inlet and outlet of the oil pump, because the insulation pipe is added in the pipeline, which reduces the cross-sectional area of the pipeline and increases the flow resistance of the liquid.
