Ay type single-stage and two-stage centrifugal oil pump

Ay single-stage and two-stage centrifugal oil pump is reformed and redesigned on the basis of the old Y-type centrifugal oil pump series. It is a new product developed to meet the needs of modernization and adapt to the renewal of energy-saving equipment as soon as possible.

Ay type single-stage and two-stage centrifugal oil pump is suitable for conveying weakly corrosive high-temperature liquid without solid particles, with the applicable temperature of - 20 ~ + 350 ℃. According to the needs of users, different materials can be selected for flow passage parts to convey liquids with corrosive or other special properties.

Ay type single-stage and two-stage centrifugal oil pump purpose:

1. The original 35, 50 and 60 bearing bodies are used as 45, 55 and 70 bearing bodies respectively, which improves the reliability.

2. The hydraulic model of high-efficiency and energy-saving pump is adopted at the hydraulic overflow part, which is 5-8% higher than the old Y-type oil pump on average.

3. In order to maintain the inheritance, the structural type, installation size and performance parameter range of ay oil pump are the same as those of Y oil pump, which is convenient for the renewal and transformation of old units.

4. The parts are highly universal, and the general standard parts are shared by several series of products.

5. The material selection is refined, the main body is mainly made of class II and III materials, and the bearing body and other parts are increased to cast steel and cast iron, which provides favorable conditions for cold areas, exposed cold areas, outdoor use and marine use.

6. There are three kinds of bearings: air cooling, fan cooling and water cooling, which are selected according to the different service temperature of the pump. Fan cooling is especially suitable for areas with water shortage or poor water quality.
