IHF fluoroplastic centrifugal pump


 

IHF fluoroplastic centrifugal pump is designed and manufactured according to international standards and combined with the process of non-metallic pump. The pump body is made of metal shell lined with Fluoroplastic (F46 / F4 / PTFE / PFA), the pump cover and impeller are made of metal insert wrapped with Fluoroplastic (F46 / F4 / PTFE / PFA) by overall sintering and pressing, the shaft seal is made of externally installed advanced bellows mechanical seal, the static ring is made of 99.9% alumina ceramic (or silicon carbide), and the moving ring is made of tetrafluoro filled (ceramic) material, which has excellent corrosion and wear resistance.




Working principle of IHF fluoroplastic centrifugal pump:




The main flow components of centrifugal pump include suction chamber, impeller and water pressure chamber. The suction chamber is located in front of the water inlet of the impeller to guide the liquid to the impeller; The water pressure chamber mainly includes spiral water pressure chamber (volute type), guide vane and space guide vane; The impeller is the most important working element of the pump and the heart of the flow passage component. The impeller is composed of a cover plate and a blade in the middle. Before the centrifugal pump works, fill the pump with liquid, and then start the centrifugal pump. The impeller rotates rapidly. The blade of the impeller drives the liquid to rotate. When the liquid rotates, it flows to the outer edge of the impeller by inertia. At the same time, the impeller sucks liquid from the suction chamber. In this process, the liquid in the impeller flows around the blade, and the liquid acts a lifting force on the blade during the flow movement, Conversely, the blade uses a force equal to the lifting force and opposite to the direction for the liquid. This force does work on the liquid and makes the liquid get energy and flow out of the impeller. At this time, the kinetic energy and pressure energy of the liquid increase.




Application of IHF fluoroplastic centrifugal pump:




The corrosion resistance and wear resistance of IHF fluoroplastic centrifugal pump have been confirmed by practical use and unanimously recognized by the majority of users. It has been widely used in: corrosive medium transportation in chemical production, chlorine water wastewater treatment and acid adding process in ion-exchange membrane caustic soda project (at present, most pumps for ion-exchange membrane caustic soda projects in China use our products) Electrolyte transportation in nonferrous metal smelting, pickling process in automobile manufacturing, and many industries such as pharmaceutical, petroleum, electric power, electroplating, dyes, pesticides, papermaking, food and textile, long-term transportation of sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, hydrofluoric acid, nitric acid, aqua regia, strong alkali, strong oxidant, organic solvent Reducing agent and other strong corrosive media without damage. It is one of the most popular pump equipment for users at present.




Precautions for use of IHF fluoroplastic centrifugal pump:




1. The pump set shall be installed horizontally and fixed on a stable foundation, and shall not be affected by the vibration of other equipment;




2. Sufficient space shall be reserved around the pump set for maintenance and overhaul of the pump set;




3. The area of the foundation must be greater than the area of the pump unit bottom plate;




4. Adjustable gasket (used to adjust the level of the pump set) shall be paved between the bottom plate of the pump set and the foundation;




5. During installation, be careful to prevent tools and sundries from falling into the pump chamber;




6. After installation, check whether the two parts of the coupling (pump coupling and electric coupling) are misplaced. If there is misplacement, adjust the alignment. The gap between the pump coupling and electric coupling should be 1 ~ 2 mm. After adjustment, turn the coupling by hand and rotate freely;




7. Before starting up, adjust the pump steering according to the arrow on the pump set. If the pump runs in the opposite direction, the parts of the pump set will be damaged. Do not run the pump for a long time to prevent damage to the mechanical seal due to no liquid lubrication in the pump set.
