Xinghe roots oil pump is composed of pump body, pump cover, shaft, gear, rotor, packing, gland and other components. Skeleton oil resistant seals are installed at both ends of the shaft, and oil return devices are installed in the middle to prevent air inlet or oil leakage.

Working principle of LC high viscosity roots pump:

The working principle of Xinghe LC high viscosity roots pump is similar to that of Roots blower. Due to the continuous rotation of the rotor, the extracted gas is sucked into the space V0 between the rotor and the pump housing from the air inlet, and then discharged through the exhaust port. Since the V0 space after suction is completely closed, the gas in the pump chamber is not compressed and expanded.

In the pump cavity of Xinghe LC high viscosity roots pump, two "8" shaped rotors are installed on a pair of parallel shafts perpendicular to each other, and a pair of gear belts with transmission ratio of 1 act in reverse synchronous rotation. There is a certain clearance between the rotors and between the rotor and the inner wall of the pump casing, which can realize high-speed operation. As roots pump is a vacuum pump without internal compression, the compression ratio is usually very low, so the high and medium vacuum pumps need the front stage pump. The ultimate vacuum of roots pump produced by Xinghe pump industry not only depends on the structure and manufacturing accuracy of the pump itself, but also depends on the ultimate vacuum of the front stage pump. In order to improve the extreme vacuum of the pump, roots pumps can be used in series.

However, when the top of the rotor turns around the edge of the exhaust port and the V0 space is connected with the exhaust side, due to the high gas pressure on the exhaust side, some gas will recoil into the space V0, resulting in a sudden increase in gas pressure. When the rotor continues to rotate, the gas is discharged out of the pump.
