Bry type hot oil pump is applicable to the following ranges
1. Petroleum and chemical industry: polymerization, condensation, distillation, rectification, melting, etc; 2. Oil industry: fatty acid distillation, oil decomposition, greasing, etc; 3. Synthetic fiber industry: polymerization, melting, spinning, extension, etc; 4. Textile printing and dyeing industry: heat setting, drying, hot melt dyeing, etc; 5. Plastics and rubber industry: hot pressing, calendering, extrusion, vulcanization molding, etc; 6. Paper industry: drying, corrugated paper processing, etc; 7. Wood industry: plywood, fiber hot pressing, wood drying, etc; 8. Construction industry: asphalt heating, etc; In addition, it is also widely used in machinery industry and pharmaceutical production.
Performance range of Bry hot oil pump (according to design point)
1. Flow 1-500m 3/ h； 2. Lift 10-125m; 3. Temperature - 20 o C - 350 o C;
Model representation of Bry hot oil pump: take bry50-32-200a as an example
BRY 50-32-200 A
Bry means: hot oil pump
50 means: pump body inlet diameter (mm)
32 means: pump body outlet diameter (mm)
200 means: nominal outer diameter of impeller (mm)
A indicates that the impeller outer diameter is cut for the first time
Note: the order of impeller diameter is indicated by a, B and C, and the maximum diameter is not indicated by cutting.
