YCB series circular arc asphalt insulation pump is a second-generation product of lqb asphalt insulation pump, which is made by our company after years of experience in asphalt insulation pump. This type of insulation pump has more reasonable structure, long service life and stable operation. It is suitable for conveying non corrosive, solid particle free and solidified media at room temperature, such as heavy oil, resin, paraffin, asphalt, rubber Rosin and similar liquids, this pump has good self-priming performance.

YCB circular arc asphalt insulation pump is driven by motor, that is, its cut-off power does not exceed the safe motor power, and it starts against the closed gate valve. The starting procedure is as follows:

1. Fill the asphalt pump, open the inlet valve, close the water outlet, etc., and prepare the pump for operation.

2. Open the valve supplying bearing cooling water at the appropriate place.

3. If the sealed chamber is liquid cooled, open the valve supplying cooling water.

4. If the pump fluid runs out, open the valve supplying sealing fluid.

5. If the asphalt pump is not normally kept under the operating temperature, open the pump warming valve for inputting hot liquid. Close the valve after warming up the pump.

6. If the asphalt pump should not operate under the condition of complete cut-off, open the valve of the circulating pipeline.

7. Start the motor and slowly open the outlet valve.

8. For the asphalt pump equipped with mechanical seal, check the seal leakage. There should be no leakage at all.

9. For the skeleton packing seal pump, observe the leakage from the stuffing box and adjust the normally flowing sealing fluid valve to ensure the lubrication of the packing. If the packing is new, the packing cover cannot be pressed immediately, but the packing shall be run in before reducing the leakage of stuffing box.

10. Check the mechanical operation of asphalt pump and motor.

11. When there is enough flow through the pump to prevent overheating, close the valve of the circulating pipeline.

If the asphalt pump is started against the closed check valve with the outlet gate valve open, the steps are the same except that the outlet gate valve is opened for some time before the starter is started.
