Lqb stainless steel heat preservation pump is a domestic viscous liquid delivery pump with the level of 1990s. It is used for the delivery of high-temperature viscous, thin and thick suspended liquid and floating liquid. It has the functions of heat preservation, heating and overpressure control.

The pump body of lqb stainless steel heat preservation pump is provided with hollow interlayer and inlet and outlet flanges, which can be used for heating, heat preservation and cooling the transported liquid and pump by heat transfer oil, steam, hot water and other media.

Lqb stainless steel insulation pump adopts the combination of positive displacement rotor and idler gear, so that the pump has the advantages of large delivery capacity, stable flow, low noise, small internal leakage, good sealing performance and compact structure. The performance and technical indexes of the pump are significantly higher than those of similar products.

It is suitable for liquids with solidification or crystallization at room temperature, easy to flow and lubricity through heating and maintaining a certain temperature, as well as occasions requiring heat preservation during outdoor installation and process in high and cold areas. When the pump starts to work, it shall be preheated first to reduce the starting power of the pump. When the conveying viscosity is large, transmission modes such as reducer, speed regulating motor or belt pulley shall be adopted to reduce the speed of the pump. The thermal insulation gear pump is suitable for conveying corrosive or non corrosive liquids with high sanitary conditions.

The conveying medium of lqb stainless steel insulation pump does not contain solid particles, the temperature is not higher than 350 ℃, and the viscosity is 5cst-1500cst, such as various chemical raw materials, filling medicine, food, cosmetics, pesticides, detergent, printing and dyeing, brewing, resin, glue and other industries. The pump has two transmission modes: motor direct coupling and reducer.
