1、 Product introduction

NYP series high viscosity magnetic pump is a new positive displacement pump developed according to the needs of petroleum, chemical industry, coating, grease, medicine, dye, food and other industries. It is changed to magnetic link mode, so as to achieve the ideal transmission goal of no leakage. Because the product can be made of different materials and its unique structure, it is widely used in the transportation of media with different properties and viscosities.

Applicable medium temperature: - 10 ℃ - 200 ℃.

Applicable medium viscosity: 1.0cst-300000 CST.

2、 Working principle of NYP series high viscosity magnetic pump:

NYP series high viscosity magnetic pump drives the inner rotor to rotate in the same direction in the fully enclosed pump body by the drive gear (outer rotor) of the inner tooth. The suction port and discharge port are separated by the pump body and the crescent plate of the front cover. When rotating, a negative pressure is formed at the suction inlet, and the liquid is sucked in. The rotor takes the liquid to the discharge outlet and discharges the pump body under pressure to complete the transmission of the liquid.

NYP series high viscosity magnetic pump is mainly composed of inner and outer rotors, shafts, pump bodies, front covers, brackets, seals, bearings, etc. There are two types of seals: mechanical seal and packing seal. For high temperature, high viscosity and corrosive media, packing seal is selected.

When conveying easily crystallized materials, a thermal insulation jacket can be designed on the front cover and pump body, which can be heated and melted by steam during operation. The pump can be equipped with a safety valve. When the pump or pipeline system is overpressured, the safety valve opens to form internal backflow to ensure the safety of the system.

NYP series high viscosity magnetic pump device is composed of pump, motor and base. There are two transmission modes: bridge type and direct connection type. Viewed from the motor end to the pump, it rotates clockwise.
