Installation and use of magnetic drive pump

1. The magnetic pump shall be installed horizontally rather than vertically. For special occasions requiring vertical installation, the motor must be upward.

2. Before starting, open the valve of the suction pipeline. If the suction liquid level is lower than the pump axis line, the pipeline shall be equipped with a bottom valve.

3. The pump shall be checked before use. The fan blade of the motor shall rotate flexibly without jamming or abnormal sound, and all fasteners shall be fastened.

4. Check whether the rotation direction of the motor is consistent with the rotation mark of the magnetic pump.

Precautions for use of kcbc magnetic drive pump

1. Because the cooling and lubrication of the magnetic pump bearing depends on the conveyed medium, it is absolutely prohibited to idle running, and avoid space-time running caused by restart after power failure in the middle of the work.

2. If the conveyed medium contains solid particles, a filter screen shall be added at the pump inlet; if it contains ferromagnetic particles, a magnetic filter shall be added.

3. The ambient temperature of the pump in use shall be less than 40 ℃, and the temperature rise of the motor shall not exceed 75 ℃.

4. The conveyed medium and its temperature shall be within the allowable range of pump materials. The service temperature of metal pump is 100 ℃ - 300 ℃, and the particle size is no more than 30 ℃ × 10 - 6m2 / s liquid without hard particles and fibers.
