Lycb vertical magnetic arc gear pump Dajiang brand is suitable for conveying certain lubricating fluid without solid particles and fibers, with temperature not higher than 250 ℃ and viscosity of 5 ~ 1500cSt in the process flow of petrochemical industry. Stainless steel pump can be selected for corrosive or high sanitary requirements. 2、 Working principle of lycb vertical magnetic gear pump




a. The force pump is composed of pump, magnetic driver and motor.




b. The driver is composed of external magnetic rotor, internal magnetic rotor and non-magnetic isolation sleeve.




c. When the motor drives the external magnetic rotor to rotate, the magnetic field can penetrate the air gap and non-magnetic materials, drive the internal magnetic rotor connected with the gear to rotate synchronously, realize the non-contact transmission of power, and convert the dynamic seal into static seal. As the pump shaft and inner magnetic rotor are completely closed by the pump body and isolation sleeve, the problem of "running, emitting, dripping and leakage" is completely solved, the potential safety hazards of flammable, explosive, toxic and harmful media leaking through the pump seal in the oil refining and chemical industry are eliminated, and the physical and mental health and safe production of employees are effectively guaranteed.

1. Permanent magnet: the permanent magnet made of rare earth permanent magnet material has a wide working temperature range (- 45-400 ℃), high coercivity, good anisotropy in the direction of magnetic field, and no demagnetization when the same pole is close to each other. 2. Isolation sleeve: when the metal isolation sleeve is used, the isolation sleeve is in a sinusoidal alternating magnetic field, which induces eddy current on the section perpendicular to the direction of the magnetic line of force and converts it into heat. 3. Control of cooling and lubricating fluid flow: when the pump is running, a small amount of liquid must be used to flush and cool the annular gap area between the inner magnetic rotor and the isolation sleeve and the friction pair of the sliding bearing. The coolant flow is usually 2% - 3% of the pump design flow. The annular gap area between the inner magnetic rotor and the isolation sleeve generates high heat due to eddy current. When the cooling lubricant is insufficient or the flushing hole is blocked, the medium temperature will be higher than the working temperature of the permanent magnet, gradually losing the magnetism of the internal magnetic rotor and invalidating the magnetic driver. When the medium is water or water-based liquid, the temperature rise in the annulus region can be maintained at 3-5 ℃; When the medium is hydrocarbon or oil, the temperature rise in the annulus area can be maintained at 5-8 ℃.




4. Sliding bearing: the materials of magnetic pump sliding bearing include impregnated graphite, filled polytetrafluoroethylene, engineering ceramics, zirconia bearing, etc. Because engineering ceramics have good heat resistance, corrosion resistance and friction resistance, the sliding bearings of magnetic pump are mostly made of engineering ceramics. Because the engineering ceramics are very brittle and the expansion coefficient is small, the bearing clearance shall not be too small to avoid shaft holding accidents. Since the sliding bearing of the magnetic pump is lubricated with the transmitted medium, different materials shall be selected to make the bearing according to different media and service conditions.




5. Protective measures: when the driven parts of the magnetic actuator operate under overload or the rotor is stuck, the driving and driven parts of the magnetic actuator will slip automatically to protect the pump. At this time, the permanent magnet on the magnetic actuator will produce eddy loss and magnetic loss under the action of the alternating magnetic field of the active rotor, resulting in the temperature rise of the permanent magnet and the slippage and failure of the magnetic actuator.




3、 Advantages of magnetic pump




Compared with centrifugal pumps with mechanical seals or packing seals, magnetic pumps have the following advantages.

2. There is no need for independent lubrication and cooling water, which reduces energy consumption.




3. From coupling drive to synchronous drive, there is no contact and friction. The utility model has the advantages of low power consumption, high efficiency and damping effect, which reduces the influence of motor vibration on the pump and the influence of cavitation vibration on the motor.

1. The cooling and lubrication of magnetic pump bearings depend on the transported medium, so it is absolutely prohibited to run by air, and avoid space-time running caused by restart after power failure in the middle of work.




2. If the conveyed medium contains solid particles, a filter screen shall be added at the pump inlet; if it contains ferromagnetic particles, a magnetic filter shall be added.




3. The ambient temperature of the pump shall be less than 40 ℃ and the temperature rise of the motor shall not exceed 75 ℃.




4. The conveyed medium and its temperature shall be within the allowable range of pump material. Service temperature of engineering plastic pump




5. If the conveying liquid is a medium easy to precipitate and crystallize, it shall be cleaned in time after use to drain the accumulated liquid in the pump.




6. After 1000 hours of normal operation of the magnetic pump, the wear of the bearing and end face moving ring shall be disassembled and inspected, and the vulnerable parts that are not suitable for reuse shall be replaced.




5、 Installation of magnetic drive pump




1. Before installation, check whether the pump body and motor are damaged during transportation. For example, whether the motor is damp, whether the dust cover at the inlet and outlet of the pump is damaged, causing dirt to enter the pump cavity, etc.




2. The magnetic drive pump and motor are installed on the base plate. When lifting with a crane, the lifting rope must be hung in the lifting ring on the base plate. When lifting the pump head alone, it must be hung on the inlet and outlet flange pipeline so that the pump shaft will not bear external force.




3. The magnetic drive pump shall be installed in a dry and bright place. So that the management personnel can observe the operation of the oil pump. If the oil pump must be installed close to the wall, space must be reserved. It is convenient for disassembly and maintenance. Do not install the pump in a wet, sunny, windy and rainy place. If the installation site is likely to be flooded, the oil pump must be above the maximum water level.




4. The oil pump shall be fixed on a firm foundation to avoid pipe loosening and vibration, and shall be fastened with bolts to avoid bottom plate deformation. If the separate pump head is installed on the mechanical equipment, it must be placed at the place with the least vibration.




5 before installing the inlet and outlet oil pipes, the inner wall of the pipes must be flushed with kerosene. No sundries, especially friction substances, are allowed to remain in the pipes. If such substances enter the pump body, the gears will be damaged. The inlet and outlet pipe diameter of the pump shall not be less than the inlet and outlet pipe diameter of the pump. The inlet pipe shall be of slightly larger diameter, the shorter the inlet pipe, the better. The elbow shall be of relatively large bending radius, and the valve on the pipeline shall be gate valve to reduce resistance.




6. The oil pump does not need to install the bottom valve because of the great resistance of the bottom valve, but it is recommended to install a metal filter screen at the inlet of the oil inlet pipe to prevent sundries from entering the pump body. The effective area of the oil filter screen shall not be less than twice the area of the pipe diameter, and the oil suction port of the oil inlet pipe shall be cut into a 45 degree angle.




7. The pump shaft and motor shaft shall be installed concentrically. When the installation concentricity is not good, the coupling claw may be cut off during rotation.




6、 Operation method of magnetic drive pump




1) before starting (1) the oil pump for the first time, check whether the pipeline system is installed, and open all valves on the inlet and outlet oil pipes. (2) Rotate the coupling by hand to check for abnormalities. (3) When the oil pump starts, first press the switch for a short time. Confirm direction of the rotation and press switch after there is no abnormality, then oil pump will run. (4) If the oil pump operates normally, gradually close the control valve on the discharge oil pipe to adjust the required pressure. However, the regulating pressure shall not be greater than the discharge pressure specified in the technical specifications. When the oil pump operates continuously, observe whether the discharge pressure, shaft seal and vibration of the oil pump are abnormal




2 adjustment of safety valve (1) Botou Dajiang Pump Co., Ltd. under standard conditions, the full return rated pressure of the safety valve is 1.5 times. If the required pressure is low, the regulator can be adjusted according to the following methods. (2) Unscrew the cap nut and loosen the adjusting nut. (3) Turn the adjusting screw counterclockwise, and then gradually close the pressing valve on the discharge pipe to see whether the playback pressure meets the required pressure. If one adjustment fails to meet the requirements, it must be adjusted several times. (4) After adjustment, tighten the adjusting nut and then tighten the cap nut.




3 shutdown: the shutdown is very simple. Just cut off the power supply of the motor. After the pump is stopped, close the control valve on the discharge pipeline.




4、 Operation precautions




1. Prevent particles from entering




(1) Ferromagnetic impurities and particles are not allowed to enter the magnetic actuator and bearing friction pair. (2) After transporting the medium easy to crystallize or precipitate, wash it in time (fill the pump cavity with clean water after stopping the pump and drain it after running for 1min), so as to ensure the service life of the sliding bearing. (3) When conveying the medium containing solid particles, it shall be filtered at the inlet of the pump flow pipe.




2. Prevent demagnetization




(1) The magnetic torque shall not be designed too small. (2) It shall operate under the specified temperature conditions, and the medium temperature exceeding the standard is strictly prohibited. A platinum resistance temperature sensor can be installed on the outer surface of the magnetic pump isolation sleeve to detect the temperature rise in the annular gap area, so as to alarm or shut down when the temperature exceeds the limit.




3. Prevent dry friction:




(1) Idling is strictly prohibited. (2) Do not evacuate the medium. (3) When the outlet valve is closed




Under normal conditions, the continuous operation time of the pump shall not exceed 2min to prevent the magnetic driver from overheating and failure.
