RCB stainless steel asphalt pump

RCB stainless steel asphalt pump is divided into ordinary and cast steel materials, both of which are equipped with thermal insulation jacket. The thermal insulation pump is suitable for liquids with solidification or crystallization at room temperature, easy flow and lubricity through heating and maintaining a certain temperature, and occasions requiring thermal insulation during outdoor installation and process in Alpine areas. When the pump starts to work, it is preheated first to reduce the starting power of the pump.

RCB stainless steel asphalt pump is suitable for conveying corrosive or non corrosive liquids with high sanitary requirements. The conveying medium does not contain solid particles, the temperature is not higher than 350 ℃, and the viscosity is 5cst-1500cst, such as various chemical raw materials, filling medicine, food, cosmetics, pesticides, detergents, printing and dyeing, brewing, resin, glue and other industries. The pump has two transmission modes: motor direct coupling and reducer. When the liquid viscosity exceeds 1500cSt, the reducer shall be used for transmission.

The pump body of RCB stainless steel asphalt pump is provided with hollow interlayer and inlet and outlet flanges, which can be used for heating, thermal insulation and cooling the transported liquid and pump by heat transfer oil, steam, hot water and other media. The pump has two transmission modes: motor direct connection and reducer. When the liquid viscosity exceeds 1500cSt, reducer shall be used for transmission.
