Asphalt screw pump

Asphalt screw pump is a positive displacement pump. Its remarkable advantages are simple structure, small volume, stable and reliable high speed, small pressure pulsation, stable flow, low noise and high efficiency.

The asphalt screw pump uses the screw meshing principle, relies on the rotating screw to mesh with each other in the pump sleeve, closes the transmitted medium in the meshing cavity, and pushes it to the discharge outlet continuously and uniformly along the axial direction of the screw to provide stable pressure for the system.

Asphalt screw pump is mainly used to transport lubricating liquid with high viscosity. It is often used as the transmission pump of asphalt, heavy fuel oil, heavy gear oil and heavy diesel oil. The pump is equipped with insulation chamber and insulation channel, allowing gas or liquid as heat carrier. Generally, the maximum working temperature is ≤ 250 ℃. High viscosity medium is generally transported after heating and viscosity reduction, and its viscosity is generally 3.0 ~ 760mm2 / s.
