Asphalt insulation pump

The main flow passage parts of the asphalt insulation pump are provided with hollow interlayer, which is made of cast steel, and can be used to heat and insulate the conveying liquid and insulation asphalt pump with steam, hot / hot water, heat transfer oil, etc. When the conveying viscosity is large, transmission modes such as reducer, speed regulating motor or belt pulley shall be adopted to reduce the speed of the pump.

Structure of asphalt insulation pump:

1) Asphalt insulation pump is mainly composed of pump body, insulation interlayer, gear, front and rear covers, shaft end sealing device and other main parts. The pump body, insulation interlayer and other parts in contact with high-temperature medium are made of class II, i.e. cast carbon structure. Gears, bearing sleeves and active and passive shafts are made of high-quality carbon structural steel and have high strength and wear resistance after heat treatment.

2) The shaft end seal of the pump adopts multistage reflux high temperature resistant packing seal, with reliable sealing performance.

3) The oil inlet and outlet of the pump and the oil inlet and outlet of the heating pipe are connected by standard flange (GB / t9116-2000).

4) The insulation asphalt pump and motor are connected by elastic coupling and installed on the cast iron chassis.

1) The asphalt insulation pump has the advantages of simple and compact structure and convenient installation and use.

2) It has good self-priming performance. There is no need to add liquid before starting the pump every time. It is particularly convenient to use.

3) The heating pipe adopts standard flange connection, with convenient sealing surface connection and reliable sealing.

4) The high-temperature medium overflow parts of the asphalt insulation pump are made of Q235 cast carbon structural steel and have been pressure tested. Therefore, the pump has good thermal adaptability and safe and reliable operation.

Application scope and main purpose of asphalt insulation pump

The material of this type of pump is divided into two types according to the working temperature. Class II material Q235 of thermal insulation asphalt pump is suitable for conveying non corrosive heavy oil / asphalt without solid particles below 350 ℃, which has solidification at room temperature and requires thermal insulation during outdoor installation and process in alpine areas.
