How to choose the material of heat transfer oil pump


1. For the material selection of heat transfer oil pump, first of all, the material of heat transfer oil pump must be cast steel or high-quality nodular cast iron to ensure the stability and small deformation of heat transfer oil pump body and pump cover at high temperature.


2. The dynamic balance and static balance of the heat transfer oil pump impeller must be done well.


3. Increase the diameter of the main shaft of the heat transfer oil pump as much as possible to ensure the stability of the main shaft.


4. Add more bearings near the impeller end, and do not assemble a single bearing to ensure the stability of the impeller during rotation.


5. Make the balance hole of heat transfer oil pump impeller.


6. Regularly replace the lubricating oil of the bearing body of the heat transfer oil pump.


7. Regularly check whether each support point of the heat transfer oil pump pipeline is loose, and do not let the heat transfer oil pump bear external force.


8. When installing the heat transfer oil pump for the first time, customers must ensure that the pipeline flange is parallel to the inlet and outlet flange of the pump without competition.


Installation sequence of heat transfer oil pump:


1. Place the unit on the foundation with embedded anchor bolts, and place pairs of pads between the base and the foundation for alignment.


2. Loosen the coupling, place the level on the pump shaft and base respectively, adjust the wedge pad to make the unit level, and properly tighten the anchor bolts after alignment to prevent walking.


3. Pour the base and anchor bolt holes with concrete.


4. After the concrete is dry, check whether the base and anchor bolts are defective or loose. After passing the inspection, tighten the anchor bolts and recheck the levelness of the pump.


5. Correct the coaxiality of the pump shaft and motor shaft. The deviation on the outer circle of the coupling is allowed to be 0.1mm. The gap between the planes of the two couplings shall be 2-3mm. On one circumference of the end faces of the two couplings, the difference between the maximum and minimum gap shall not exceed 0.3mm.


6. After connecting the pipeline and determining the rotation direction of the prime mover, connect the coupling and check the coaxiality again.


7. The final inspection shall be conducted 3-4 hours after the actual test run of the unit. If there is no defect, the installation is considered to be qualified.


8. In order to prevent sundries from falling into the machine during installation, all holes of the unit shall be covered.
